What if my verification email expired?
No problem! Go to the login page, enter your email, and click "Resend Verification Email" to receive a new link with a fresh 24-hour expiration.
Why is my account locked?
For security, accounts are temporarily locked after 5 failed login attempts. The lockout lasts 15 minutes to protect against unauthorized access. After 15 minutes, you can try logging in again or use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and you'll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour. Click the link in the email to create a new password. All your active sessions will be logged out automatically for security.
Can I track multiple babies?
Yes! You can add multiple baby profiles to your account and switch between them easily. Each baby has separate tracking, insights, and predictions.
Does Nurserly work offline?
Currently, Nurserly does not support offline functionality. An internet connection is required (to support insight and multiple caregiver access) to use the app and sync your data.
Can I share access with my partner or caregiver?
Family sharing features are in beta testing! Each caregiver can have their own account, you can contact support after creating your baby profile and request that we connect a 2nd caregiver account (we'll need both parents/caregivers email addresses).
How long is my data stored?
Your data is stored indefinitely while your account is active. You can export or delete it anytime. After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 90 days.
Is my data backed up?
Yes, we maintain secure backups. However, we recommend periodically exporting your data as a personal backup.
Are the AI predictions medically accurate?
Predictions are based on patterns in your data and general infant development research. They are guidance tools, not medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician for health decisions.
Can I customize what activities I track?

What happens if I miss logging an activity?

How far back can I generate reports?

Absolutely! That's exactly what they're designed for. You can email the PDF directly from the app, forward it from your inbox, or bring a printed copy to appointments. The reports are formatted specifically for healthcare providers to quickly review your baby's patterns and metrics.

What Are Timers?
The timer feature helps you track activities in real-time without having to remember start times. When you stop a timer, you can save it as one of these activity types:
Sleep: Track nap or nighttime sleep duration
Nursing: Record breastfeeding session length
Pumping: Time how long you pump
Activity: Track tummy time, play sessions, or other activities

The timer begins immediately and displays elapsed time
